• Application & Sponsorship Fee are Non–Refundable under any circumstances and any false information provided by myself in application form will result in the loss of my participation in Miss Nepal US Pageant Breitling Replica.
• I agree to represent the Miss Nepal US Pageant organizing committee (organizer) with professionalism and will represent their events in a professional manner.
• I understand that all final right to organize the event reserved to organizing committee and organizer, in its sole discretion, retains the right to alter the format of audition, contestant selection, training, jury selection, and winner’s judgments as well as the formats of final event,Christian Louboutin Sale.
• I will be on time for all pageant process and will be appropriately dressed for each appearance. I understand that there is never an excuse for being late to an appearance and will make the necessary arrangements to be on time. I will conduct myself in a manner that will uphold the dignity and honor of the pageant.
• I understand that appearances for pageant audition, training & final event are mandatory and failure to make appearances on time will result in the loss of my participation in Miss Nepal US Pageant.
• I do hereby authorize Miss Nepal US Pageant to use any photos/videos of me uploaded to my pageant online profile or taken during my audition/participation in the pageant, as they deem appropriate including commercial purposes. Allfake watchesphotos/videos are considered property of Miss Nepal US Pageant organizer. I waive the right to withdraw this authorization in the future. I also waive the right to claim future compensation for its use. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed or used.
• If I have a FaceBook or MySpace account, I understand that inappropriate pictures and/or language should be removed in order to uphold the dignity of the pageant. I agree to make the FaceBook and MySpace profiles available to the organizers for viewing (in the form of becoming friends on these websites).
• I understand that I am responsible for reporting any conflicts associated with the Miss Nepal US Pageant to the coordinator/staff immediately.
• I agree that I will exercise complete confidentiality with my coordinators/pageant staff. I will in no way damage the reputation or the integrity of the Miss Nepal US Pageant, pageant staff or others involved in the pageant Replica Watches.
• I agree that if I am selected as Miss Nepal US, I will serve as Miss Nepal US until my successor is selected or appointed.

• I agree that from the date application, until a period of Grand Final, and/or for a period of one year after my reign as finalist and titleholder ends, we will not, without the prior permission in writing from the organizers, make any statement to the media, either directly or indirectly, nor give any interviews nor write any stories whatsoever appertaining to the competition or involving its name.
